Ownership and Committees

MODUL School Nanjing is embedded in the International Hospitality & Dietary Culture College, which is one of 15 colleges of the Nanjing Tech University Pujiang Institute, a PPP venture between a state-owned university and the Charoen Pokphand Group (CP), Thailand’s largest private company and one of Asia’s largest conglomerates.

Apart from the regular university structures and management processes MODUL School Nanjing is governed by a charter that is part of the cooperation agreement between both universities. This charter is called

This charter conceives the integration and adaptation of the following regulations:
