  International Hospitality and Dietary Culture College(IHD) is introducing the overseas high quality teaching resources and advanced teaching management experience, to explore an innovative and international educational model with practical application in the management and sustainable development of international hotels and related industries.

Characteristics of the Major

  Hospitality management is a featured major aiming at international development.It focuses on developing operations and management talents for high-end hotels.It adopts a teaching mode of "buildingual teaching" "dual mentors","joint degree module" and "double graduation certificates". It lays equal stress on classroom teaching and quality-oriented education activities.The college is equipped with hotels for teaching purpose,teaching kitchen,wine taste room,teaching cafe and the likes of practice centers built in accordance with international standards.The four-year study is briken into two stages,with each stage having six months for paid and centralized practuce.

Career Direction

  Be competent and qualified for key postions and management positions of high-end domestic and international hotel group,consultative management company,luxury retail industry,exhibition and project management and reception-related jobs in bank and large-scale enterprises.
